The burn ban declared on September 14, 2020, is now hereby lifted.

If you have any questions on open burning on Nooksack Tribal lands, please contact the Nooksack Police Department at (360) 592-9065.

Nooksack Fish Commission Officer Elections

February 27 @ 11:00 am - 12:00 pm

UPDATED: The Nooksack Fish Commission Officer Elections will take place February 27, 2021 at 11:00 am in the Nooksack Clinic parking lot. Available positions are Vice Chairman, Position A, and Alt. A (each 2-year terms). Voters must hold a current season fishing license and be in good standing. Voting Process Under COVID-19 Protocols: 1) Vehicles will park with 1 parking space between each vehicle 2) Chairperson and Secretary will use a bullhorn to address instructions to attendees 3) Nominations and voting will be on paper and distributed and retrieved by Chairperson and/or Secretary 4) Voters are required to wear masks, and have windows rolled up until instructed to "crack" the windows to send/receive the ballot/paper

March 2021

Tribal Council Meeting

March 2 @ 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm

The Tribal Council meeting will be held online using the Zoom platform. The meeting will be limited to those who register. Registration is for Tribal members only. Enrollment numbers will be verified with the Enrollment Department prior to registration acceptance. Members 18+ years of age. Registrants will be able to submit questions through the Zoom platform during the meeting.
