Vaccine Incentive Distribution

Vaccine Incentive distribution will be held at Nooksack Administration Office Thursday, October 14 from 9:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. All remaining checks will be mailed that day.
This distribution includes members who were fully vaccinated through the Clinic, or who provided proof of vaccination on Sept. 30.
This is a one-time incentive payment, and will be available to members who can provide proof of vaccination by Nov. 30, 2021.
The Nooksack Tribal Council approved a Vaccination Incentive for all enrolled Nooksack members who are fully vaccinated against COVID-19. If you were vaccinated at the Nooksack Health Clinic, no action is required. If you were vaccinated elsewhere, please provide your vaccination verification and enrollment number to Frank Leyva <firstname.lastname@example.org> by Nov. 30, 2021. A one-time payment of $1,000 will be available to each Tribal member.
