Circuit Training: Circuit Training is a workout regime that involves moving from one activity to the next with very little rest. After a short warm up, you are able to move through the circuit as many times as you would like, depending on your fitness level and time constraints. HIIT Training: High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) classes are designed to give a you a quick an convenient workout. HIIT training involves giving max, all out efforts in small and quick intervals, which are followed by a rest period. We will begin each class with a short warm up, then the HIIT workout itself will last 20 minutes. Little or no equipment is used for these workouts.
