Try this smoothie idea:
Frozen Blueberry Smoothie – 2 servings. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth or to desired consistency
- ½ cup frozen blueberries
- ½ cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
- ½ 1% skim or 1% milk
- 2-3 ice cubes (optional)
