Community Health Program

The Nooksack Tribal Health Department is happy to announce that the Nooksack Tribal Council approved expanded healthcare funding for enrolled Nooksack Tribal Members, no matter where they live.  The expanded healthcare service is designed to help fill the healthcare gaps created by Indian Health Services underfunded programs and our Community Health System geographical limitation policies.

The healthcare services will be available until the funds are exhausted.  Please download the Community Health Program Application for more information on the Community Health Fund and how to apply for it.
