This webinar is to celebrate World Water Day and the important work the Nooksack Tribe is doing around our tribal treaty water rights including the adjudication of the Nooksack River basin, fish barrier removal and additional projects in and around our waterways. SPRING PANTRY PROGRAM 2024: SIGN UP BY MARCH 13TH The Spring Pantry Program facilitated by the Foothills Food Bank will be offered to families during spring break. The Spring Pantry Program provides families with breakfast and lunch foods that children can prepare for themselves at home during the break. Families of students at all Mount Baker Schools may sign-up. How does it work? On Friday, March 29th, a box of nutritious breakfast and lunch foods will be delivered to participating families. Election Update from Terry Rainey: During post production review, it was discovered that during the digital imposition process when ballots are printed and inserted, the Treasurer’s race dropped from digital ballot image. This issue is being addressed as quickly as possible. All Absentee voters will be reissued a BallotPak with the corrected ballot using the highest available service level prepaid in both directions. The replacement BallotPaks will be out on Monday and there will be no additional expense to the Tribe or its voters. I regret any inconvenience this technology issue may have caused.
