Election Update from Terry Rainey: During post production review, it was discovered that during the digital imposition process when ballots are printed and inserted, the Treasurer’s race dropped from digital ballot image.
This issue is being addressed as quickly as possible.
All Absentee voters will be reissued a BallotPak with the corrected ballot using the highest available service level prepaid in both directions.
The replacement BallotPaks will be out on Monday and there will be no additional expense to the Tribe or its voters.
I regret any inconvenience this technology issue may have caused.
